Simone: 'An American friend I met during a dolphin tour in the Bahama's, wanted to set up these dolphin and whale tours herself in Costa Rica. She asked me to help her. I decided to stay another year and assist her with these tours in Drake Bay. Working from this hotel I met Vladimier (33 Costarican chef).
